MAGNA-WEDGE™ is similar to the other Magna^TM products, in that it combines a flexible elastomeric compound with magnetic elements. MAGNA-WEDGE™ has been developed for vibratory feeder or gravity feed applications. The product is magnetically fastened to the feeders trough, allowing for a quick and simple installation. MAGNA-WEDGE™ attracts and retains ferrous tramp metal from the product stream prior to entering processing equipment.     By removing the tramp metal,          MAGNA-WEDGE™ increases the processing equipment life and decreases maintenance costs.

MAGNA-WEDGE™ may also be used prior to metal detectors. This provides enhanced metal detector performance by reducing unnecessary tripping and allowing operations to run at higher sensitivity levels.
